The Personal Data Protection Policy contains the privacy practices on the website of PEKABESKO AD and explains how PEKABESKO AD uses your data, referring to our website www.pekabesko.com.mk , the electronic services, our social networks and the emails sent by us. The Personal Data Protection Policy regulates the manner in which the Trading, Production, Services, Forwarding Company PEKABESKO AD export – import, Kadino, Ilinden (hereinafter "Controller" or "PEKABESKO AD") collects, uses and processes the data collected from you as personal data subjects (hereinafter "You", "Subjects" or "Users") when visiting the website www.pekabesko.com.mk (hereinafter: "Website").

By accessing the website of PEKABESKO AD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. The collection and processing of personal data on our website is in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection.

The processing of your personal data shall be performed by PEKABESKO AD in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, applying all prescribed technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and protection in the processing of personal data.

Additionally, PEKABESKO AD applies security measures when collecting, storing and processing information to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal, as well as non-personal data, stored on your site.

Your personal data can be submitted only to the competent authorities, in accordance with the legally prescribed procedure.

To submit a complaint to PEKABESKO AD for the manner of processing your personal data;
To submit a request to PEKABESKO AD to receive your personal data in a structured and legible format (portability);
